ReplyDeleteits a tough old slog and its something you just can't do by yourself - you so need to support of others and your family.
oh - I was going to say - so far have shed 10kgs - have plateaued for over a month now. I notice it mainly on my tummy - but my measurements have not changed dramatically for the month at all. clothes are looser - pants def.
