Measure up

Its been about 6 months since I posted anything on this site - or said how things were going.

I've shed 26 kg since July last year and down from a size 28 to (mostly) a size 18. I even have a pair of size 16 jeans which fit!

Although I don't think there is anything like a magic pill or potion which will make fat just drop off you, this system is the only one I have tried which consistently works. Another thing to think about is too - is I really let loose over Christmas - starting from my birthday in late November and ending at my brothers wedding in January.
